HiPTV Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-11-03

Publisher: HiPTV (Hamza Elshammaa, Egypt)

Contact: support@hiptv-tv.com

1. HiPTV is a player only

HiPTV is a media player. It provides no channels, films, series or playlists, and it never supplies or sells a provider. You add your own source (an Xtream Codes login or an M3U playlist link or file) that you obtained yourself, and you are responsible for having the right to watch everything you play with it.

2. What HiPTV includes

HiPTV is free today. If paid features or a subscription are added later, these terms will be updated first and the new terms will say what is paid, how it is billed and how to cancel.

3. Acceptable use

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the licences of the open-source libraries in HiPTV. In particular, you may modify the FFmpeg and LibVLC libraries and reverse-engineer HiPTV as far as needed to debug such modifications, as the GNU LGPL 2.1 allows. See Open-source licences.

4. Your sources and data

Your provider login, playlist and library stay on your TV. How HiPTV handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

HiPTV's services may change, pause or stop. The app keeps working with your own provider's data when the metadata service is unavailable. A TV may be blocked from playing when it abuses the services or breaks these terms.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

HiPTV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. HiPTV has no control over, and is not responsible for, the availability, quality, legality or accuracy of any provider or stream you connect. As far as the law allows, HiPTV is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the app or its services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting consumer protection rules that apply where you live.

8. Changes to these terms

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Using HiPTV after a change means you accept the updated terms.
