Contact HiPTV

HiPTV is made by Hamza Elshammaa, an independent developer in Egypt.

Help with the app

Email support@hiptv-tv.com. To help us find the problem, include:

• your device code (Settings → About in HiPTV),
• your TV or box model and the HiPTV version (also in Settings → About),
• what you did and what happened, with the error code if one was shown (for example E201).

Never send your provider password, username or playlist link. We never need them.

HiPTV is a player only: we can't sell, fix or recommend a provider, and questions about a provider's channels or account go to that provider.

Privacy and data requests

Email privacy@hiptv-tv.com, for example to have your TV's record deleted from the HiPTV services. Include the device code from Settings → About. See the Privacy Policy.

Open-source requests

For the FFmpeg and LibVLC source code offered under the GNU LGPL, see Open-source licences or email support@hiptv-tv.com.
